Webinar: How Hallmark Organized for Process Management and Created a Center of Excellence

Date:
June 4, 2014 - 12:00pm - 1:00pm

In 2007 Hallmark embarked on “Project Horizon”, an implementation of a software package for most core systems (SAP) and Lean. 25 major end-to-end processes were identified, and “process owners” and other roles were assigned to each process, and a Process Council to coordinate activities and prioritize improvement projects. Three years later (in 2010), as the major system deployments were winding down, Tony Marolt brought forward the idea of creating a Center of Excellence to keep these hybrid (business process and technical) experts together.
