“I work with non-profits as well as for-profits. There are significant differences, as well as similarities, between the sectors, and I find it’s wonderful to learn from both. In my spare time, I’m an aerobic gardener. Working with my hands in my garden is a wonderful and tangible experience. The flowers and vegetables are just an additional bonus.”
