Steve Stanton taught an online business course at Tecnológico de Monterrey, known as the 'MIT of Latin America'. Over the past several years, staff and faculty from Monterry Tec have attended FCB courses and used process management methods to improve internal operations. FCB Partners hosted a conference on Quality at Morningstar. The format, a roundtable, is open to FCB Community members, this 3-day, best-practice sharing event will be jointly hosted by Morningstar and Sloan Valve, a privately owned plumbing fixtures manufacturer.
