FCB works onsite with leaders, teams and stakeholders, combining education with hands-on planning, design, problem solving and decision making. We structure the work, facilitate interactions, and accelerate issue resolution. Most important we keep everyone focused on the big picture - ambious goals, design thinking, meaningful commitments.

Design Labs

 

Process Diagnosis: This workhop jump-starts process diagnosis with a rapid, focused examination of one or more discrete end-end processes. We convene a select group of team members and business representatives to validate the selection of these processes, develop a Heat Map, Charter and Roadmap.

Process Design: This workshop mobilizes a cross-functional group of team members, subject experts and stakeholders to join together in a structured sequence of process design activities. We use Hammer methodology and associated design templates to focus their efforts and accelerate results

Process Portfolio: This workshop introduces a portfolio approach for managing simultaneous projects. We customize activities according to your situation. For example assessing project objectives and activities, designing stage gate reviews and creating portfolio management and oversight.

Advanced Skill Workshops

These workshops combine training in advanced skills with hands-on problem solving. We customize topics, format and schedule to fit each client's situation. Recent workshops include:

Change Leaders and Catalysts  A working session on the principles, practices, and skills for planning and implementing large-scale organizational change. Topics include change strategy, communication, stakeholder engagement, sponsor effectiveness, influence, governance, and culture.

Process Owners in Action  An in-house offering for internal process owners and those who support them. Individual view of the role and how to succeed in it including why we need it, how it works, links to function management, moments of truth, using process measures, key stakeholders, and influence without authority

Implementation and Execution  A workshop for business, process, IT, and change management leaders on planning for implementation and execution success. This course covers the principles and practices that will enable your project leaders and teams to plan, integrate, and execute business, systems, and stakeholder change.
